The more I read the less I like about Samba. Do we really want a mercenary ? or is he the answer to our constant inability to deal with arial balls into the box.

I agree, he seems to be one of these rats who are first to leave the sinking ship but funnily he's not Italian. Go figure... Anyway, I am not sure he'd fit in because he would not be a guaranteed starter and would become disillusioned pretty quickly.

I hear Gregory Van der Wiel talks with Valencia have fallen through
and Spurs are interested in this 23 year old Dutch full back currently with Ajax.

A better deal than Samba.

But.........
