The only way a manager can attract top class players is by winning.

Martin Jol since he has been in charge has turned the club around but there is still a long way to go, all the fan's want it quickly but its a long job, yes sure he has made some poor signings and we all have our own views on who we think is the worst.

I am sure there will be new faces in the summer but the real key is winning that's how you will get the big names to want to play for Spurs (as well as big money) finishing in the top 5 on a regular basis, winning cups.

When you think how the team played under Graham, and  Pleat we have moved on but as said a long way to go I am sure this management team will put Spurs back on course.

I still rate Jenas. He has a great engine and is scoring goals. Next season he will really push on as him and Zokora are forming a great partnership. I don't rate Teemu or Murphy and the only other CM I want to see arrive is Sneijder and Barnes. Get rid of Murphy and Tainio.

Then get rid of Mido and get a young but slightly proven target man in who won't break the bank. Oh and get a proven LM.

Finally found some1 that agrees with me about tainio. I thinks hes pretty crap, fair enough hes there to break up play but he does it by fouling and he gives the ball away a hell of a alot, he always tries really complicated and clever balls and they never come off, plus hes injured all the time.

Him and stalteri were buys for the sake of it in my opinion.

Jenas can either be great in a match or s**t, but i do like him he gives 100%. He runs all over the place and is the only midfielder that scores so we should defo keep him unless we find some1 better to replace him, i think its a bit unfair on him how much he gets slated by spurs fans.

Zokora used to piss me off in the 1st half of the season becasue i didnt know wtf he was doing half the time but now he seems to of settled in and he does a very good job covering the back four.
