I would be vary wary of 'Young Boys' ha ha, I can see how our mentality might be a bit cocky with this one, I really hope we focus, and don't have a repeat of Portsmouth in the FA cup, hopefully that taught the boys an important lesson.

we need to have Ledley play in these 2 games - possibly, our 2 most important games this season..

that means that Bassong needs to get game-time against Florence at the weekend, to prepare for Citeh..

if we play Bassong in the league the 1st month, its better defensively to start BAE at LB rather than the still defensively-naive Bale (they also played recently together at WC), and they have played really well together last season too eg. home games vs. Liverpool and Citeh..... Bale should be used against the Young Boys (as he's a pretty young boy himself still lol)..

cue the gay/paedophile jokes  :-*

Great Draw but lets not get carried away just yet, lets just do a good professional job on them home and away.

I've just discovered that Young Boys have an astroturf pitch which they are obviously used to playing on. This will give them a huge advantage when we go there not to mention their season started on 17th July which means they will be a good month ahead of us in terms of match fitness. Just getting the excuses in early lol.

I have no idea what a DDOS attack is but it sounds a bit like a girl with large breasts attacking us? Is there any video of the attack as i would like to watch that one day?

Really worried about this team, They beat Fernebache and we all know they are not a pushover team. 'Arry did well in saying this isnt an easy game so i really do hope we focus and WIN! WE MUST GET TO THE GROUP STAGES!!

This is our biggest game for years... regardless of the team. I expect no less than our strongest team out for this game. We should be treating this one as a cup final

I'm confident we can get a result over in Belgium, but even if that's only a draw it will set up a great night at WHL for the reverse which I have no quarms winning.

Fenerbache played a weakened side, we WILL go through. Harry will make sure the players give it their all. God I can't wait till the second leg

I'll take a 1-0 win as long as we qualify, the biggest problem will be the away leg on an astoturf pitch and the possible problems that could cause. I don't know how many of you have played on astroturf but it causes a few problems regarding the bounce and run of the ball, the bounce is stronger and the ball zips around really quickly. Plus you also have more of a chance injury wise or if you have a slight niggle it will make it feel alot worse due to the firmness of the surface, a 0-0 or 0-1 result away from home and a solid professional performance is what we are looking for anything more than that is a bonus. I would hope that we would have far too much for them in the second leg at the Lane but that away leg is the key we must not let them get anything they can defend or hold onto for the second leg !

I really can't see us turning up complacent for these two ties.  All due respect to Portsmouth and the FA Cup, this game has far higher significance.

I believe we're (or at least maybe we were until the sheiks bought into Man City) the richest club never to have qualified for the CL and that's a tag we could do with getting rid of.

Would be fantastic to compete at the top table again in European Football.
Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.
