Nice day out yesterday down in Bournemouth, its only just over an hour away from my house. Youngsters definatly impressed and it was good to see a few first team included aswell. Good atmosphere for a friendly and Bournemouth locals were great hospitality before and after the game, congratulations to them getting promoted, nice club.

Bentley came at a cost though, SSN say he damaged his ankle ligaments and will need treatment, hope hes not out for too long because he shined in some games last season and is a decent bloke.
