I would be pleasantly shocked at signing Fabiano, Julio Baptista I am not suggesting we make him a target as there are better players out there for us, Dzeko, Suarez, Forlan, Fabiano, Cardozo, Falcao, Cavani, to mention a few would all of them would be good additions, I was merely commenting I would choose Baptista over Keane as he is 1.83cm strong and can hold the ball up, he has a point to prove in EPL after Ars*nal let him go, when it looked like he would move their permanently, the difference is Keane who is on his second spell at Tottenham has had his chance.

Sack of sh***te, the way you describe him illustrates my other point exactly as soon as an ex gooner is mentioned, the profanities come out, for Ars*nal in all competitions he scored 9 goals and got 4 assists for them from 17 starts, which is almost identical to Keano's record last season, 9 from 17 starts with 2 assists. A few years back he scored 22 from 38 for Sevilla, before his big move to Real.

Age wise Baptista 28 Keane 29, age wise are ok but Eidur's best is surely past him he was very far from clinical, with Eidur I was eager to see what he had for us with his previous record at Chelsea, but I was extremely dissapointed he missed absolute sitters this season, no surprise, his record of late is nothing to write home about for Monaco he didn’ty manage a goal or an assist in  9 games, and in all competitions for both clubs only scored 3 goals in 25 games , 1 of those for Iceland,  they loaned him out as he was in a goal scoring rut, he can hold the ball up that’s the only positive comment I have for him.

Oh no doubting he was good in the Spanish league which is impressive, but the prem is different all together. I just didn't think he looked like a prem player when he played for Ars*nal. Keane is proven in England, Baptista would be a gamble in my eyes

Fair enough, I agree Keane has a better record in England, I would only get him if it was a choice between Gudjohsen and Baptista, as I mentioned in another post Dzeko, Suarez,  Forlan, Fabiano, Huntelaar, Cardozo, Cavani, Falcao, Agbonglahor should be out top priorities, we should only consider players like Baptista, and Gudjohnsen if all else fails, at last resort.

Well from what skysports were saying last week, Gudjohnsen will sign for us. That just leaves the question regarding Keane's future and our targets should Robbie be moved on.
