I wouldn't hold any grudges against any manager moving on
to manage their country.
Surely its a step up, maybe a less thankless task when results
go against you as with all games.
However with the hype and media play that surrounded Harry together
with our poor run of results from February onwards I wasn't too
disappointed to see him go at the end.
At the time, and even now there appeared to be many supporters calling him a traitor, because of his interest in the England job. I found this very strange, and still do. I agree without hesitation that the teams performances dropped when the England job came about, however, I believe that the players felt uneasy about the situation and lost their concentration. Anyway, we still finished 4th in the prem, and no other manager at Spurs has achieved this, and in my opinion it won't be matched this season either.
