Title: Spurs 1 Liverpool 1

I thought Spurs started off the strongest but gradually allowed Liverpool into the game. James Milner's penalty, scored just before the break after Erik Lamela fouled Philippe Coutinho. Danny Rose got one back for us. But I thought Spurs did some poor passing and only started to get their act together near the end of the match. They needed to lift their game better if they want to challenge for a top four spot. Seven teams will be knocking on that door (if you include Everton).

Shocking at times, woeful, sluggish, yet we got a point we never deserved! It is very early in the season but there is plenty to work on!!!! A new season but same old Spurs in that we still lack proper width, when will we stop relying on Rose & Walker to run 90 yards and back? We nee old fashioned wingers , Kane & Jansen looked starved of service, our team had real quality in the air but we are not using them correctly, Liverpool ripped through us with width today and if I had been a Pool supporter would feel aggrieved with just a point. I'm sure we will get better as we do not look anywhere near as good as last year, way way off the pace.

Well I thought it was all Liverpool in the first half, then we slowly got back in to the game.

I agree, that in the first half Liverpool were stronger, however, at the very beginning (from the whistle) Spurs started off the strongest, but gradually lost the momentum.

Bang on!

Very frustrating to watch. Weare still miles away from a decent performance and hopefully Dembele will add o bit to the midfield. Personnally, I don't think that Vanayama and Dier should play in the same game and our wingers are too bothered about scoring themselves, starving our strikers from scoring chances. I mean.... we are relying on Walker and Rose for crosses.FFS!!
