Title: Fixtures 2015/2016
Post by: RiffHard on June 17, 2015, 09:03:43 AM
So, we will start the season on 8 August with an away game against Manchester United. Let's hope Lloris and Kane will be wearing white instead of red in that match. ;)
The first North London Derby of the season will be played on 7 November at Emirates, while the reverse fixture is scheduled for 5 March.

November will be a so-called London month: Ars*nal (away) on 7 November, West Ham (home) on 21 November and Chelsea (home) 28 November.

On Boxing Day we will host Norwich.

We will finish our league season at Newcastle on 15 May.

You can view our full league fixtures list by clicking here (http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/teams/tottenham-hotspur/fixtures).

Our Europa League games will be played on following dates:
Group stage, matchday one - 17 September
Group stage, matchday two - 1 October
Group stage, matchday three - 22 October
Group stage, matchday four - 5 November
Group stage, matchday five - 26 November
Group stage, matchday six - 10 December

What a cracking game to start the new season off!, this will give us the chance to raise our game to the right level from the very first game!, Pochettino will have his work cut out whipping the boys into shape but what a really good incentive knowing MU at Old Trafford is waiting in the wings!, This game will probably be on TV I would think :)

It seems the matches are a week early. Looking forward to the start of the season with a newer and stronger squad (hopefully).

It starts a week early so that the season would also finish earlier and give the internationals a chance to get some rest before EURO 2016.

I have friends over in August and I wonder if anyone here could help me on how to get tickets (5) for the game V stoke on Saturday 15th August, I live in Jersey and getting to London is easy, but I have often tried to buy from the Spurs site and found that all tickets were sold too quickly. Maybe there is another way?

Any help would be appreciated?

Thanks

Ah, I thought there would be a logical reason

I see our last game is away again, as our first match is. Our last home game will be against the Saints. Let us hope we start off well and continue as we mean to go on.

A mouth-watering trip to Manchester United should set the stage for the rest of the season. A victory will set things in motion. If we can get past that hurdle, then Stoke at home, and they won’t be an easy pushover if last season is anything to go by. The start of a new season always gives one a tingle.

Perhaps ManU will still be trying to gel and hopefully we will have done our homework!

It will be hard to watch, but I am looking forward to it!

Exactly, just because Utd has bought all those players doesn't mean they will gel straight away. The beginning of the season is always a tricky time for new players settling in.

It is not the Man Utd's or Chelsea's I fear, but clubs at the lower end of the league. They are one ones that can give us a scare. We thrashed Chelsea, but lost to struggling Villa and Stoke.
