Just had a message on myspace that Spurs were actually mentioned on BBC1s Watchdog programme as the only Premiership club not to issue a refund if a fixture is changed & the supporter can't make the re-arranged game! That is truly shocking considering we were also the first club to announce a rise in ticket prices for next season. Are we trying to be the most negative rip off club around?
I can't find anything on Watchdog's website though. (?) Maybe not a big enough issue.
