Double Bill; the Bill Nicholson story by Alan Mullery and Paul Trevillion. Forward by Eddie Baily. Written in 2005 this is a very good biography of one of the great managers by one of his star players.
There has been many books written about the Spurs manager (I've read them all) and this is another good book by someone he admired and played for him. Alan Mullary.
The book goes back to his childhood, starting out at Spurs, playing for England and then managing them to success.
Bill Nicholson died in 2004 aged 85.
