WOW WOW WOW, what a 1st Half 3-0. I know its only the 2nd game, I have said all along we have to give Lamela a chance and I am sure we will see why we spent 30 million on him, well I think we are now seeing why, the whole team are playing with a new found confidence and it is great to see, obviously this emanates from the coach. I know we are only playing QPR but nevertheless a great 1st half. Keep it going Lads. COYS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had win won 1 or 2 nil, I would be worried, but 4 nil! that's quite something even this early in the season. Great result an top of the league on GD.

So far, so good.

Great result, some good work on the pitch. Was good to be back at the lane today after the break. Far too many beers but it good to be back.

We had a few minor cock-ups at the back, but fortunately QPR didn't capitalise. However, I'm so happy for the whole team. I think it's fair to say everyone played very well and I hope the result gave the guys some much-needed optimism for facing Liverpool.

I fancied us for 2-1 or 1-0 but according to people i`ve spoken to who saw the game we were utterly dominant and played really well .One of the most pleasing things for me is finally the approach play was converted into goals .How many times last season did we see good work up until the 18 yard box then it all fizzled out ? Also it was nice to see that plank barton`s word shoved right up his arsehole .He said he would "destroy" tottenhams midfield .

Tottenham's 48-pass move that led to Nacer Chadli’s second goal was twice as long as any Premier League goal scored in 2013-14.

Every player had at least one touch:
Etienne Capoue 14
Jan Vertonghen 10
Nabil Bentaleb 6
Younes Kaboul 4
Erik Lamela 3
Danny Rose 3
Nacer Chadli 2
Eric Dier 2
Emmanuel Adebayor 2
Christian Eriksen 1
Hugo Lloris 1

A good result for Spurs. That is three in a row. But the bigger test will be on Sunday against Liverpool. But I was impressed in the way that Spurs had performed. I still say we need another striker though, which I hope is on the cards.

This has nothing to do with the topic but aren't we all delighted that Van Gaal chose Man U over us, particularly having lost 4 -0 to MK Dons this evening.

It couldn't happen to a nicer club!

Talking about the wheels falling off the wagon...  :D

To be honest the wheels had fallen off a long, long time ago. Whoever was going to take over from Ferguson was going to have to learn to put them back on.

I see Man Utd making the same mistakes as us 12 months ago. They need a rebuild from the back, not just a random sprinkling of expensive players. We are now rebuilding from the back, and personally I think that is down to Pochettino.

Liverpool could also be making the same mistake. But I agree with you about Pochettino. The big test will be on Sunday.
