This will be tougher than most think.  Liverpool will be fresh we played Thursday.

Suarez is a top drawer striker we need to control him, I think Rogers will focus on shutting out Bale which will leave Defoe and Holtby to do damage hopefully scoring.

I reckon we will draw this one 2 - 2, a draw i would be happy with, better to win though.

Shame if Lennon does not play as he is getting better and better, in attack and defense

We can win 2-0

I sincerely hope for a good result and that the game won't become a diving championship. Anfield is a tough place to play and we must keep focused to get anything out of the game.

At the moment it is half time and Spurs drawing 1-1, but Spurs are good enough to win this.

I agree. They gave away a two stupid goals. I thought Spurs were the better side.

We did quite well until Walker crossed an almost perfect ball  in his own box for the equaliser and Defoe thought he was in the Liverpool box and to top it all BAE helped Suarez for the winner.  We only have ourselves to blame. A pair of morons could have done better.

A good day for the scousers and the Gooners who are having  a field day on several forums.

WTF was Walker thinking about, if he thinks he is going to be the next England RB, then he is sadly mistaken, we were cruising until he had a f**king BRAIN FADE, as far as Defoe is concerned he really shouldn't have been put in that position by his team-mate, again Lloris f**king punches the ball straight out, instead of punching towards the by-line, typical of continental keepers, unfortunately, and Suarez made the most of BAE's challenge, f**king cheat.

 >:( >:( >:(
Personally I think its your fault Metal. FFS you put the JINX on us!!!

I was surprised that AVB started Livermore and not Holtby, he could have played RM in place of Lennon, leaving Dembele in CM. Thats at least the last 3 or 4 games that Holtby has been on the bench isn't it?? Any thoughts?

Probably because Villas-Boas wanted to use a more defensive pairing in midfield. Holtby is good at going forward, but offers little defensively. Maybe Villas-Boas thought that Perker alone would be too exposed to the likes of Coutinho. The other reason could be that he left Holtby on the bench to have an attack-minded substitute when needed.

Disappointed.

Thought we were doing well at 2 -1 and were on our way to 3 points.
Then the 2 costly errors of judgement that were both avoidable.
Also surprised Holtby doesn't seem to be appearing much particularly
after his promising first couple of games.

Lets hope we are back on course on Thursday to set the scene for Fulham on Sunday
as that is a must win game.

We've got two important games coming up so we need to get back on track quickly. We shouldn't underestimate both Inter Milan and Fulham.
