Tottenham conceded a late goal against their Europa opponents Monaco. Chadli struck a shot over the bar in the first half, before Erik Lamela gave Tottenham the lead. Kane could have grabbed a second but had a header saved. Spurs are now unbeaten in Group J. However, an away result isn’t a disgrace and something to build upon.

We should have won that one. Monaco were not that good1

I agree, and the same could be said about Swansea; we should have won.

I thought we were a better side and should have took home more than one point. The next match will be more difficult, but at least it is at White Hart Lane. And we are undefeated there (well, that is if you forget the Ars*nal game in the Cup :hide: :hide:)

This match had a poor crowd, I suppose the reason for this was that they expected a thrashing. So this result, a draw, was like winning big.
Seriously though, I thought we should have won and hope the next time we trully show them that they can't mess with the might Spurs :hide: :tickedoff:

a plesant evening and a reasonable result. We should have won, and I think the locals realised this and that is why they didn't turn out in full force. European away matchs are very difficult so we can't really moan.
