Promoted: Swansea (we knew this already), Nottingham Forest (after a 1-1 draw by Carlisle, a 2-1 loss by Doncaster (against Cheltenham
), and a 3-2 nailbiter Forest win over Team Canada... I mean Yeovil :p)

Carlisle vs. Leeds (who'd be auto-promoted if they had their 15 points ditched

DC76 Canuck of the Year, League One: Simeon Jackson. Started the year in Conference, basically did
everything for Rushden and Diamonds, struggled a little bit early on in his League career after Gills picked him up in the January window, but then came forward with three goals in the late season, including one in the closing 2-1 loss against Leeds.
Runner-up: although he only played one game before being unceremoniously snatched back up into Pompey's reserves, Asmir Begovic. His lone game for Yeovil was outstanding.
LEAGUE TWOPromoted: Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Hereford
Playoff Picture: Wycombe vs. Stockport, Rochdale vs. Darlington
Relegated: Mansfield, Wrexham
DC76 Canuck of the Year, League Two: Terry Dunfield. It was either him or Ross Smith, and Ross Smith did f**k all this season worth mentioning. At least Dunfield had a few assists. And umpteen yellow cards :p
CONFERENCE PREMIERTorquay beat western rivals Exeter 2-1 in the first leg of playoff action while Cambridge and Burton played to a 2-2 draw. Return legs go Monday and Tuesday respectively.
Oh yes, and apparently Torquay decided they needed Simon Rayner back, so they recalled him from Boston in late March.

CONFERENCE NORTHThe return leg of the Conference North playoff semis goes tomorrow. Barrow goes in with a surprising 2-0 advantage while Southport beat Stalybridge 1-scratch.

CONFERENCE SOUTHWell, it's down to Eastbourne vs. Hampton & Richmond. The H&R Block won it 1-0 on away goals as the aggregate score was 1-1 against Fisher. Godfrey and Co. will have to step up to the plate against an Eastbourne team that
crushed Braintree, 5-buzz!
Canadian of the Year, Conf South: Without question, Elliott Godfrey. While he isn't the only reason for Hampton & Richmond's amazing run this season, he's one of the biggest with his 17 regular-season goals!
