I workout at home every other day for about 1 + 1/2 - 2 hours. My goal is to not let myself get fat because I'm quite fond of alcohol.  :ohyeah:

I'm about to join a "soccer" league here in Atlanta so I'll probably have to start doing quite a bit of running.

I have no idea what a DDOS attack is but it sounds a bit like a girl with large breasts attacking us? Is there any video of the attack as i would like to watch that one day?

Used to train 5 on 2 off and train all body parts twice in a two week routine, but then I did a fair bit of damage to my shoulder after a 10kg plate slipped off while I was doing some French presses. After that I couldn't do much for quite a while and sort of gave up and other things took over, got married, had kids etc etc

Now I do what I can when I can to stop myself getting fat and lazy !!!!

I actually really miss it but I now have a weak shoulder and have to be a bit careful.

Ugs what was your shoulder injury? since August I have had an impinged tendon in my left shoulder rules out flat and incline bench and over head press  :'(

Can flat bench with dumbells though as heavy as 65kg DB's, but even just warming up with 100kg on flat bench with Barbell pinches bloody annoying as its taking ages to heal even with treatment I did the damage over head pressing with a barbell no heavy than usual it just decided to pinch the tendon.

The previous August I popped my right Calvicle out too but didnt realise it for 5 weeks thought I had impinged a tendon lol.

Same as you I do a 5 day split focusing 1 muscle group per day then rest Sat and Sun.  I find that works best for me for building strength and a wee bit of mass  :up:

Dont really do cardio as the walk to and from the gym is enough lol plus just joined a 24 hour gym which is all up hill the way there  :'(

I need to start the going to the gym and getting myself back in shape, well im not really fat but i want to buff up a little bit. I go running everyday but i only do it because i use to play lots of different sports and i enjoy the exercise and also i smoke so it makes me feel better about myself! My mate is a personal trainer so i want to hook up some good routines, healthy eating plan etc but im not sure if i want him training and pushing me because i know he will take the piss! YID ARMY

try and work out at home but with my work schedule i lack the consistency to maintain any increased size or strength. Go through periods of working out 6 days a week for a month or two and then not at all for months. Kinda defeats the purpose really. Shame as i enjoy lifting weights in an amateurish fashion.

I used to play football and basketball for years and that kept me fit but had bad knees and that means my options for keeping fit are now rather limited. I used to go to gym three times a week but 10 months ago or so I broke my ankle and it has kept me out and to be honest, I've been lazy and tired as well. I am planning to restart my fitness program in March though.

Not a regular gym person but recently came across a Trixter X Dream exercise bike in a
gym  and found this good fun, adictive and served its purpose.

Yes, but mainly to keep fit and to try to keep my weight down. Plus I cycle everyday.
I’ve lived a life that’s full. I’ve travelled each and every highway;
And more, much more than this,
I did it my way.

Regrets, I’ve had a few;
But then again, too few to mention.
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exemption.

Its flat where I live so ideal.

Hence my interest in the gym exercise bike above.
