Allelujah,
             At long last AVB is playing Defoe and Ade together, and left Dempsey on the bench which in my opinion is where he belongs, I am now really looking forward to todays game, I have been screaming all season for this selection and I really hope it works for us today and I might add AVB this could be the game that kick-starts our season. I hope that if are leading with 25 to go that he doesn't try and defend the lead, cos it hasn't really been that effective. So C O Y S do us proud.

After Adebayor's red card it will be a while before we'll see these to play together again.

I am speechless 3-1 down. 10 men, what else can go wrong. Ade has been sent off 4 times in the pl 3 times by this ref, make of that what you will.I am gutted of all the teams it has to be against the fu--ing Arse.

Well I'm gutted that we got beaten, but there are some good things to come out of it, considering we only had 10 men for 75 mins, I thought we played some really good, entertaining, attacking football, and this came about because he took off both our full-backs, which was a brave thing to do, and it worked in as much we had to attack them if we were going to get anything out of the game, I still do not think Dempsey is quite up to it.It was good to see Dawson get half a game, I thought he did ok, as did young Carroll when he came on. If we continue to play as we did in the 2nd half I don't think all is lost just yet.

Can't really argue about the red card, it was a reckless and studs-up challenge.

Down to 10 men and we still got a goal too.

Bragging rights go to the gooners again, with another shocking scoreline, a repeat of last season starting to hope we dont score first in these fixtures lol.

AVB talking about how fans should be proud of the players excellent performance blah blah blah - when we've lost 5-2 really doesn't help.

I was upset when Harry was sacked, but was willing to give AVB the benefit of the doubt. But only results will justify the sacking of Harry.

I'm getting a little tired of hearing AVB prattle on now.

Fair play to Ade for apologising to all, to be honest his sending off was key to teh game and its outcome.

I was pleased to see AVB go for it and attack, not just give up.  Unfortunately it didnt pay off and we ended up with a rather wanky scoreline.

Its clear we lack a playmaker or 2 lets hope the powers that be are working on this ready for january.

Keeping our 10 on water against Ars*nal's 11 (who are by no means muppets) for 70 minutes was always an uphill task and I'm pretty convinced that Redknapp, Mourinho, Nicholson nor Ferguson wouldn't have brought us a win from there.

Same score as last year under Harry and this time with only 10 men.
Potentially had the makings of a better result if only.....
But that is football.

The way we played and scored and scored again (but had a goal disallowed) I knew we would win. We were far superior and I think we would have got a good goal tally. Then the sending off came and I was so disgusted I turned it off. Once we had lost a player against Ars*nal the dynamics had changed. You don’t lose a player against Ars*nal and expect to win. You can’t blame the manager for this or even the players. Just a very bit of bad luck…. a disgusting bit of bad luck, but obviously good luck for the Arse. A sad day yesterday which spoil the weekend for me.
If we can take any comfort for yesterday’s result was that Chelsea, United, Fulham and Everton lost. We are six points behind 4th spot (11 behind the City) and 8th in the league. So there is still hope and very much to play for. As for Ars*nal; they can’t really take anything from the result (part from the points).
I’ve lived a life that’s full. I’ve travelled each and every highway;
And more, much more than this,
I did it my way.

Regrets, I’ve had a few;
But then again, too few to mention.
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exemption.

Yes we played well for 17 mins and scored a good goal extremely refreshing considering the rubbish we have had to endure in recent weeks. As for the Gallas goal he was 3 yards offside so you can't really say we scored again, we almost scored again through Lennon after a good move again refreshing to see us play with some power and commitment. The sending off was a sending off, Adebayors tackle was reckless and to be honest he didn't need to make it so you being disgusted is a strange turn of phrase !!!
I also note you are now a fortune teller saying that you knew we would win and get a good goal tally, again a strange choice of phrase a good goal tally not many football supporters would use that term.
Well I've got news for you sunshine a real supporter dosen't turn off they sit there in hope and pray that something will go their way and they support their team through thick and thin regardless ........ something it seems you don't do !!!!
