Surely Voice you are not advocating that he reverts to formation that AVB persisted in using and which was a total failure that being 1-4-5-1.

No, I am saying that he should stick to the formation he is happy with. So far he's done well. Sherwood needs time to get the message across (as he says). We are also scoring goals.
