Nobody can sit on the first four rows of any stand because of the height of the advertising boards, + Uefa take part of the East and West stand for their corporate s**t.

Where did you get that from? Remember them calling 34k out for the Inter game. Also it's lower because of the where the away fans sit (they are moved for the Champions league)
