apparently, its been negotiated that a condition of the Mubarak resignation is that they are not prosecuted for human-rights violations, their bank-accounts be left unfrozen and that they be allowed to settle in Cardiff with is Welsh wife...

after the spectacular character-rehabilitation undergone by Thai war-criminal Thaksin Shinawatra after he bought Man City 3yrs ago, the Mubaraks have gone into swift negotiations to take over Cardiff City FC and help them push into the Premiership..

apparently, Suzanne is willing to dip into their 58bn dollar assets and bring Messi to Cardiff CitY in the summer with a 150m transfer being mootd as viable.... she is in London currently and is already mansion-hunting in both London and Cardiff..
