We should have got more goals and if Bale had got that penalty we would have won by more than one goal.

We should have got more goals and if Bale had got that penalty we would have won by more than one goal.

If we had got at least one of the 3 nailed on penalties, then we would have smashed them, probably 5 or 6 nil.

They were hanging on for most of the match, we just couldn't score.

What difference does it make if we won 1-0 or 31-0 a month ago we were in the driving seat and we blew it ....... Simples !!!!!

No strikers =  no score the goals = no points = no Champion League

Chairman has deep pockets and short arms, feel sorry for AVB in a way because he actually did alot better than I thought he would but once again the chairman let him down like the managers before him !!!

UGS, the post is Spurs v Sunderland, and my comments were aimed at precisely that, not the CL. I merely felt that we would have finished with a comprehensive win against a team that, not for the first time this season, set out to bully and frustrate us, and for once we would have overcome those negative tactics, which would be a step in the right direction.
My views regards Levy, AVB, CL and the teams shortcomings are expressed on other threads.
