They do only need a draw though...

Me thinks Liverpool will go a 4-5-1 at home.

Carragher --- Huypia --- Skrtle ---Aurélio

-------Alonso/Lucas --- Mascherano-----

Bable------------------------------Benayoun

---------------Gerrard-----------------------

---------------------------Torres------------

Personnaly i would start with, Alonso and Bable, but you never know with Rafa

What a bloody amazing match! Flowing & fast paced with hardly any fouls.  With the exception of some of the Spurs games this season, that's gotta be the most entertaining by far. Great to see the Scum get beaten especially after thinking they'd won it! haha! :D  I bet Mr Whinger will be doing just that & saying it wasn't a penalty. Well done you Reds. Beat Chelski & get to the final.

Fantastic win, I loved it when Liverpool got the pen 1min after Ars*nal scored, the gooners would have been going mental and then seen that penalty :lmao: I would have loved to see their faces :D

I told my dad Liverpool should bring on Babel for Croucher and bring on Riise too (when Walcott came on). Benitez did :)

Great night for us yids, Ars*nal season ruined West Ham lost so we have a chance to overtake them and Flamini got injured :haha:

Yeah great match, couldn't keep my eyes off it. So so happy pool won. Have to admit Theo looked very good, he's career looks to be flourishing while Lennon's is in a big slump atm.

For me, the penalty was very soft, although Toure didn't give the ref much choice with his malco windmilling arms all over the back of Babel. Just made it all the sweeter :laugha:

Man Utd Vs Roma
« Reply #22 on: April 09, 2008, 08:39:44 PM »
0-0 at Half Time

Roma had a penalty, which was the owrst penalty I've ever seen. Wes Brown slidetackled from the side got the ball then Mancini dived about 2 secs later and the ref gave a pen?!

Luckily for United Mancini blazed the penalty over the bar. It's been quite an even game, I don't think Roma will win this 2-0 so United look as though they're going through.

Rio was limping towards the end of the half though, so he might have to come off.

What bad timing for these defensive injuries to United. We need them to be fit and not allow the sneaky arse scum to grab the title. I doubt that will happen though!

I hope they continue their streak for ... let's say for another 20 years or so.

Ok, I am being a bit too bad. (Though some would argue that  too bad is never enough for Arsescum).

Let them have an Intertoto Cup like Newcastle :)

Liverpool 1-1 Chelsea
« Reply #26 on: April 22, 2008, 10:00:54 PM »
Liverpool 1-1 Chelsea
Kuyt 43'
Riise 90+4' o.g.

Chelsea were bloody lucky there, Liverpool were the much better side. Drogba was diving all over the place and the ref was falling for it. Same old Chelsea always cheating, playing kak boring football and the fans silent for the whole game.

Liverpool should have won that by 1-0, 2-0 would have been more of a fairer result than 1-1.

Riise lad, should have just stuck it in the kop mate!

Liverpool were very unlucky to only draw that, Cech made some key saves in the 2nd half!

Still fancy the scoucers to do the scum!

All English final then.

Great game last night, thought Liverpool were a tad unlucky.

Personally I dont care who wins it, hate both teams, but I've got a feeling Chelsea will do it.
