In the FA Cup third round, we have drawn Morecombe (not Wise).
Yes, Tottenham have been drawn at home to lower league opposition in the third round of the FA Cup after the draw was made on ITV 4.
The tie is scheduled between 7 and 10 January 2022; the actual date will be confirmed once matches have been selected for television coverage.
Last season, we made it to the fifth round of the competition, where we lost 5-4 to Everton at Goodison Park after extra time to prolong our wait for FA Cup glory.
As everybody knows, we last won the FA Cup competition in 1991 after beating Nottingham Forest 2-1 in the final. I was there on that brilliant day.
