It is “All or Nothing” for Amazon and Spurs
The Internet company Amazon reveal when All or Nothing: about Tottenham, will be released.
If you are a fan, and no doubt you are, then you will be wetting your knickers or jockstraps in eager anticipation of the release of the upcoming (and coming it is) All or Nothing: Tottenham docuseries.
The Amazon Football adventure film is a multi-part series, which will offer their audiences (us) behind the scenes access during the 2019/20 campaign.
The latest trailer for the series has already been released and ended by revealing the date of August 31st. The earlier material has featured the words ‘coming soon’. They say teasers are the things that we viewers go crazy over; well, only if it is worth going crazy over, and Spurs are in that category.
The Amazon programme will give an insight into day-to-day mechanisms of Hotspur Way, Lilywhite House offices and the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The programme will also cover the account at the development of the state-of-the-art stadium.
As you are aware cameras were appearing everywhere to pick up moments, such as the dazed faces of the players in the early morning as Jose Mourinho arrived. This followed the sacking of Mauricio Pochettino after an abysmal performance. His sacking was the night before Mourinho’s arrival.
This will be by no means the first such programme by Amazon of a fly-on-the-wall documentary. Previous such programmes were on Manchester City along with the Arizona Cardinals, the Los Angeles Rams and the Dallas Cowboys of the NFL, the New Zealand and All Blacks. Compared to these others this documentary it will have more exciting ingredients in it. Such as the dramatic sacking of Pochettino and the arrival of Mourinho and of course our tense season on the field. Including how the virus took everybody by surprise.
The club have just publicised the dates for the upcoming nine-part docuseries All or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur, which will be shown on Amazon Prime TV.
The Amazon will launch the first three episodes to view on Monday, August 31st.
A further three episodes will be released on Monday, September 7th, with the final three along with a bonus episode available to view on Monday, September 14th.
Tottenham and none Tottenham supporters in over 200 countries will be able to go on a behind-the-scenes journey during the 2019/2020 season. You can keep an eye on the players and staff at the Hotspur Way training ground and Lilywhite House offices as they go through their everyday motions.
As I had said, cameras had caught the arrival of Jose Mourinho in late November when he superseded the sacked Mauricio Pochettino. You will also be able to see what happens in the dressing room on a matchday
On top of all that, there will be a focus on the club’s work in the local community and course the outbreak of COVID-10.
The broadcast dates are as follows:
Monday, August 31st – Episodes 1-3
Monday, September 7th – Episodes 4-6
Monday, September 14th – Episodes 7-9
Unfortunately, I don’t have Amazon Prime, however, my daughter does, and she only lives down the road from me (12 minutes away by car). So I will nicely twist her arm, see the grandchildren at the same time, get her to offer me tea and biscuits and hey presto… I am in.
