Tottenham | v | Westham |
Barclays Premier League – 19th Mar 2011 – KO 15:00 – Ground: White Hart Lane
Tottenham defender William Gallas is doubtful for Saturday lunchtime’s derby clash with West Ham. (kick-off 12.45 GMT)
Gallas injured a hamstring during training this week and a scan later confirmed he had suffered no damage, but the veteran Frenchman’s status for the clash at White Hart Lane is unknown.
Gareth Bale suffered an injury scare in midweek bit he is expected to start for the first time in two months following his back injury, but knee surgery has ruled out Wilson Palacios.
Palacios joins Ledley King, Jonathan Woodgate (both groin), Younes Kaboul (knee) and Tom Huddlestone (ankle) in the treatment room.
West Ham welcome back midfielder Gary O’Neill after he sat out last week’s FA Cup tie, but on-loan forward Robbie Keane cannot face parent club Tottenham.
And the Hammers have doubts over in-form forwards Demba Ba and Frederic Piquionne.
