I'd agree. Granted, I'm biased, but still, you have to consider that Kane is one of the more down-to-earth football superstars out there and would be better for the team's image that Rooney, who is still a bit of a hothead. I'll stick to this statement as long as Harry doesn't get red-carded for doing something reckless like a couple of past England captains have.
