Dimitar Berbatov

Dimitar Berbatov has been an absolute sensation at tottenham this season with 19 goals in all competitions, it is not just his goals though his first touch is 2nd to none and his link up play is excellent. He is also able to hold the ball up well. In my mind he has been the best signing from the summer by any club in the league. But if we want to hold on to him then european football next season is an absolute must and after being knocked out of the FA cup last night it has weakend our chances and with sevilla in the next round of the ueafa cup and the possibilty of bremen or benfica in the final it will be far from easy to win it and with our current league position of 7th and with some hard games to come that will be no easy task of finishing in the top 6. Also Berbatov is currently only being payed

We def need to give him a new contract, double his wages should do it. His arguably the best striker in Europe atm. Not only can he score but he can set up goals aswell, so if we want to achieve great things we must keep him at all costs.

I am only worried currently as he is beggining to look jaded in the 2nd half of games.

Awesome player though, up there with Gilzean, Chivers and the like.

Yeah he has been fading asway in the second alot recently. I think its due to him playing a lot of games.

Next season he will be awesome.

I think he's just tired. ;) Berbatov's been a vital part of our team this season. Big reason why we're pushing for another season in Europe.

damn the guy looks lazy....then outta nowhere theres a touch of pure class that either puts another striker through on goal or has a shot himself..

double his wages,...hell give him the whole of next seasons transfer budget..

id break the bank and pay him what ever he asks for...
