It is time for the board and every available Fan, Supporter and Tottenham affilliate to get behind him and encourage him to stay at WHL and continue the fantastic job he has started.
 
I know that theres alot of people or fans out there who don't like Harry but just look at what he's done since he arrived on the 26th October 2008 bearing in mind we only had 2 points in the league. We have finished 8th, 4th and 5th won twice as many league games than we have lost, qualified for the Champions League for the first time, were only beaten by Real Madrid in the Quarter Finals in our debut season in the competition, play some extremely attractive football and he has arguably assembled the best squad that the club has ever seen. Also we now sit 5th in the table with a game in hand that could possibly take us to 3rd place if we win it, we are on a run of 9 games in all competions unbeaten and have a run of games coming up that are more than winable.
 
So why is there still people out there that want us to get rid of Harry, I just can't understand the logic behind it. He is building a team and Squad that will be / are capable of challenging for the title .... yes the title. We struggled last year because Van der Vaart came in and upset the balance of the side slightly but as Harry says he is a wonderful player and you can't leave him out, he tried to re organise around him but it didn't quite work. So what did Harry do in the summer bought in two players to allow Van der Vaart to play to his potential, an out and out striker that can play up front on his own and lead the line Adebayor, and also a ball winning dynamic midfielder to release Van der Vaart from his defensive midfield duties Parker. Tactically inept I don't think so Van der Vaart has now equalled the club record of scoring in 5 games in a row and if he scores against Fulham he will break the record !!
 
This season really could be the best season we have had for years possibly even since '61, so I just don't get why people are still so against Redknapp..... he is a footballing genius.
 
Lastly yes I know we went out of the League Cup against Stoke and we have been playing very weakened sides in the Europa League but who really cares about the League Cup and think of the experience our squad players are gaining in the Europa League. This can only stand us in good stead for the future giving the younger players good experience, Kyle Walker is a prime example letting him go out to Villa for a season to cut his teeth and now look at him.
 
As far as I'm concerned we need to keep 'Arry at the lane at all costs !!!!!!

I have to admitt I am one who doesnt like Redders, but I will also admit that he has done a cracking job and after a shakey start to the season we are doing very well, I cant see imagine another manager nor want another manager at WHL for the foreseeable future.

Harry and the boys are delivering and moving us forward, yes I do believe we are again now moving forward as a team not back or standing still, and Arry's influence on the players is clearly key.

The big question really is where Arry believes his future is! does he see it with us and buildimg something special as that is so dam possible and close, as we are not far away a title challenging team!

Or does Arry see himself having one last pop as manager of England?  There is more to achieve with us and to be fair we are a harder job, so is Arry up to it long term as levy expects success, where as an England manager is expected to fail and be not to special as our international players just cant crack it!

Ugs I am with you on this one, lets get behind Arry from the stands and everywhere else and show Levy we want him here and for Levy to make sure he doesnt leave!  Hell even if Arry goes for Beckham again as so far with his dealing I cant fault him, much as I slated the signing of Freidal I have been proved wrong and Arry made me happy happy happy be selling on Crouch... I lurve it!

Reportedly he'll be back in the dugout when we'll play Fulham on Sunday. I also read that he is making 250-mile trips every day to attend training. Well, if you don't consider Redknapp a 100% football man then I'm not sure who can be considered.

I won't lie, when I first her he was having "tests" I read it as "can't be bothered to go to Russia", sad to hear it's much more serious than that.
Hope he takes as long as needs off as his health is more more important than anything else.

If he was offered the job he would, he has said as much many times. However with a trial for tax avoidance pending he may not get the offer. The trial is in January which is not exactly great timing. Hows he going to sell himself and the club to potential  new signings when he may very well be in prison when the transfer window closes ? In fact hows he going to concentrate on club matters when his liberty is at stake ? I have a feeling this may cause the wheels to fall off what so far has been a pretty good season, and it has nothing whatsoever to do with Spurs.

@Metal. Minor heart surgery doesn't involve opening the patient's chest or prize open the rib cage . Harry had Stents placed. Usually they are inserted through veins from the groin area.   A friend of mine had this operation done a few weeks ago, in fact he had 3 stents inserted. He is OK now.

Good old Harry will be fine to defend is case in the courts in Jan!

Rich people hardly ever go to jail.
