UEFA CUP QUARTER FINAL 1ST LEG - Thursday, 12 April 2007 - White Hart Lane
[/B]

Biggest game of the season imo and one which is definately within our grasps.

If we do manage to win it i cant see us being stopped on our way to UEFA glory :groupwave reversed:

Wont be easy though and will the return of Ledley Kinghave any fial say in the matter?

I think Jol was right to rest the stars on saturday as they will be crucial to the game and hopefully a 3-1 spurs win :groupwave reversed:

can't say I'm optomistic, I think its just a natural reaction being a Spurs fan after the disapointments of the last 15 odd years.

If we win I will be over the ****ing moon, but please please don't rush Ledders back.

With the King back im very confident with this one. The atmosphere will be electric at the lane, and they will be our 12th man. I still believe its ours for the taking.

Seville's Last Game

Quote
Our UEFA Cup opponents Sevilla missed the chance to leapfrog Barcelona at the top of La Liga on Sunday.

With seven changes to the side that lined-up against us in the quarter-final, first leg on Thursday - including the strikeforce of Kanoute and Kerzhakov on the bench, both were used in the second half - Sevilla were held to a goalless draw by Racing Santander. It means Barcelona stay top despite losing at Real Zaragoza on Saturday.

Seven changes baffles me, they still have a huge chance of winning la liga. They obviously see winnning the Uefa Cup as their main objective for the season.

I'm feeling confident. I'll go for a 2-0 win, Keane and Malbranque.

We really really really need a 2 goal win !! I am sure Keano and Berba will be on their best in that game, hopefully so will be Lennon and Malbranque !! And we so desperately need some quality midfielder push and chances-creation on this one !!

Hopefully, Berbatov trows in one of the goals - it is important for his self-confidence as striker and thus, for our future games. With Ars*nal and Bolton's heavy schedule, we have a chance to sneak up to at least fifth place !!
