CROAT SIGNING SOON? Harry Redknapp has admitted that Tottenham Hotspur are on the verge of signing Croatian goalkeeper Stipe Pletikosa. The Tottenham Hotspur manager conceded he is looking to bolster his squad ahead of the new season, which now includes a Champions League campaign. Redknapp revealed this summer’s transfer market was tough, however a potential deal could be in place for the 31-year-old Spartak Moscow stopper. “We might be taking another Croatian, goalkeeper Stipe Pletikosa, we have every chance.
