forward Yannick Djalo's agent has claimed Tottenham Hotspur and
Newcastle United are interested in signing the Portuguese. It is suggested both Premier League clubs have made offers in the
region of £4.2million as they plot for the 2010/11 season. Djalo,
24, is highly rated at Sporting, who are said to be struggling
financially and could therefore be open to a lucrative offer. The
two clubs (Newcastle and Spurs) are interested," agent Lionel Silva is
quoted as saying in the Sunday Sun.FORLAN HAPPY IN SPAIN Diego Forlan insists he is happy at Atletico Madrid and will not be tempted by a move to Tottenham next season.
