PIENAAR ATTRACTS INTEREST

The Daily Mail reports that Steven Pienaar has 'alerted Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester United to the fact he has rejected the Goodison club's latest contract offer'. And here are some quotes from the man himself, whose contract runs out next summer:
"Yes, I'd say the spirit of discussions was very good, but we have differing valuations, so my future isn't clear. I don't know. Everton may keep me for the last year of my deal. But they could sell me too. If they decide to sell, and the move is correct for my career, then I'll consider it. Hopefully this hasn't been my last season at Goodison. But in football, who knows?"

RICHARDS LINKED WITH SPURS

Reports suggest that 'Micah Richards could make a £9million summer switch to Spurs' and that Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has been assessing Richards' situation at Manchester City and knows that the defender would be interested in a move. Richards has had limited opportunities to feature for Man city last season, due to change of manager and bringing in a host of new defenders. With Citys endless money pit, we all know there spending will not stop, so maybe WHL is a perfect destinations for Richards.

CROATIAN GOALKEEPER WANTED

Liverpool and Tottenham are believed to be leading the race to sign Croatian goalkeeper Marijan Antolovic. The 6ft 5in keeper is only 21 and has attracted a host of admirers this season with domestic side HNK Cibalia. Antolovic set a domestic record of going 551 minutes without conceding a goal to help Cibalia claim their best-ever finish of third in Croatia's top flight. The youngster was also named the league's best keeper and Cibalia's sporting director Drazen Pernar has confirmed that several top sides have approached them regarding his status. Antolovic has made three appearances for Croatia's Under-21s and is yet to be handed his senior debut.

BYE BYE KEANO?

keane Tottenham Hotspur are close to agreeing a deal with Aston Villa for the transfer of Robbie Keane, according to the News of the World. But the newspaper reports that Villa will need to pay £18 million for the services of the Republic of Ireland international, a fee that Martin O'Neill does not want to pay.

AND THE REST...

Tottenham are giving a trial to South Africa's Morgan Gould...

West Ham will need to come up with £6million to sign Jamie O'Hara from Tottenham...

Redknapp is thinking of the possibilty of signing Aston Villa's Curtis Davies. The Daily Mail reckons that the club are set to make a £7m move for the defender as 'Redknapp seeks to add to his defensive options ahead of next season's Champions League campaign.' There's a suggestion doing the rounds that Jermaine Jenas might move in the opposite direction
